Resident Features

* Simple online registration process with individual activation.
* Multiple contact methods including phone, email, text and tweet. Resident selects default communication method.
* Contact type and frequency settings.
* Direct requests to concierge staff with cross references to building services and amenities.
Resident Services Module
* Customized list of building services, each with a description, pricing information and contact information. Examples include errand requests, valet service, house cleaning, etc.
Amenities Module
* Google-based area map with client-managed categories and client-managed listings (i.e. shopping, dining, services).
* Amenities request button allowing resident to request concierge make reservations on their behalf.
